APPROACH:

Our approach to each design begins with three fundamental sources of inspiration:

• The client
• The existing environment - Both built and natural
• Nature and its endless expression of beauty

After observing what each source of inspiration presents to us, we are then properly positioned to develop a program. This approach to the design program is a collaborative effort between our client and design staff, leading to creative solutions, as well as respectful and enduring relationships.

PROGRAM:

The program, now properly inspired, is developed as a tool to organize all the necessary elements that will bring life and direction to the design process and ultimately the built product. These elements include:

• Budget Planning & Goals
• Theme/Style
• Site Analysis & Contextualization
• Material Selection

PROCESS:

The design process is now driven by the program as well as our commitment and appreciation for timeless design, found in both classical and contemporary thought.

The design process begins with a detailed site analysis and inventory of existing elements. Once this is complete we will develop a preliminary concept.

Once the preliminary design has been approved through the much needed and valuable revision process, we will then move forward with a final master plan.

Additional rendering services, such as elevations, construction details or perspectives may be done as well, in order to help with visual communication, bidding or construction.
